1 to 1

Achieving a goal requires planning and a detailed understanding of what is needed in order to deliver on the day, with no stone left unturned. Once we understand what level of performance is required, then we explore you, the person aspiring to that goal. Exploring where you are now, what your capabilities are and where you get your energy from. Once we know where we’re starting from and what the finish line looks like, then we map out your journey and milestones to maximise your chances of achieving success

Team

When rowing the Pacific, we would only consider the expedition a success if we finished as a team. Had we gone our separate ways afterwards, we’d have failed. In order to begin as teammates, achieve a goal and finish as friends, took over 4 years of personal self development as well as team dynamics and values that we lived and breathed each day. Self awareness development and the leadership skills it took to do this, is lifelong learning. Laura now uses these learnings in supporting other teams achieve success.

Four steps to fulfilling your potential…
